If you wish to change your email address on your account then this can be done by contacting support.

Note: This process can take a bit of time and we will let you know as soon as we have made the change to your account.

  • Click on “How may we help you?“ and then you will be able to create a ticket

  • Add your previous email address and also state your new email address in the ticket

  • Click on Send

Support will respond to you by email to provide a case number.
