Problem

Applices to P360.

Most likely: Unknown files are being embedded in the request, making it too large

Solution

  1. Check the sent xml. Look for (Data removed by log). Find the original filetype and add it as a known type to the archive sytem

  2. Have Mercell disable “Direct upload of unknown fileformats”. This will only solve the problem, if the archive supports unknown files being uploaded through the file service.
