This is a brief step-by-step guide to creating an ESPD.

Note: It is a prerequisite to To use this guide, it is assumed that you have an existing tender , in which where you can create the ESPD, in order to follow this guide. |
To
creatingcreate an ESPD
Press the “Documents card to go to the ‘Documents’ link in the bottom left corner to review the tender documents.
Press the “Create ESPD” Click on the ‘Create ESPD’ button to create an ESPD
Provide Procedure type .
Select the type of procedure and optionally a file reference number.
Expand the accordion, by pressing the arrow, in order to be able to individually select which exclusion grounds are applicable to have answered by the tenderer.
Or select all in a given section by checking the given section checkbox
Click the arrow on the right-hand side to expand the selection list, allowing you to individually select the relevant exclusion grounds the tenderer needs to address.
If needed, you can select all from the same section by checking the checkbox of the chosen ground.
Expand the accordion, selection list by pressing clicking the arrow, in order to choose which selection criteria tenderers need to provide information about.
Press save Scroll down to save Save the ESPD as part of the tender documents.
Outcome: You Once successfully saved, you should now be able to see view your ESPD in the tender documents.
