The preview and publish tab allows you to view review the created request, check that the information entered is correct and publish the requestit. It is also possible to print/save the request in PDF format or send the request by e-mail for preview. (See more in the article "Send a preview by email")

If the request has errors in some fields, an alert highlighting which tab has errors will appear to the right side of the page.

If the request has mandatory fields that have not been filled in, the system will notify you of this with a highlighted icon next to the relevant tab and with the note “Fill in all required information” to the right of the page.

mandatory items are missing, you will see a highlighted red triangle next to the relevant section. A request cannot be published if there is mandatory information missing.

  • Click on the relevant section that has been marked as missing information. A drop down section will indicate which mandatory field has not been filled out. This will be marked with the text ‘Mandatory information’ in red.

    • By pressing the red "Mandatory information" text, the system directs the user directly to the part of the form where the information is missingmissiing. Mandatory information must be entered, after which the

      user

      you can go to the "Preview and Publish" tab again to review the information

When all required information has been entered, a green check mark will appear on each request tab and an "OK, publish" button will appear at the bottom of the page.

NOTE! The system always displays information about the successful publication of the request, in addition to which you will also receive an email confirmation!

If all mandatory fields have been filled and the form has been previewed as correct , a Publish/send the request button will appear to the right side of the form. Click this to publish or send the request.

  • The Supplier Portal

    • If the box marked 'Buyer (Customer Department) is selected, the notice will be published to the Supplier Portal.

  • Mercell Supplier Management

    • If Mercell Supplier Management is being used, click on “Choose suppliers” to search for suppliers on the basis of the activity category.

 

If the publication of the notice is targeted at specific suppliers, check the box marked ¨Send by email (enter addresses)”. In this case, the notice will not be displayed in the list of open requests in the Supplier Portal.

In the form that appears enter:

  • Recipients´ email, with each email address separated on a new line

  • Message heading

  • Message text

  • Message documents

*Note that the name of the request, the person requesting the response, the publication data and the address for leaving a response will be automatically added to the message)

 

If all fields and publishing targets have been finalised, the request can either be published by clicking “OK, publish” or it can be saved without publishing by clicking “Save, do not publish”
