*ADMIN users functionality
Pre-recording texts can be defined for the tender request, procurement decision, procurement contract, opening protocol and auction. This function is otherwise known as a list editor, and the rights to manage pre-saved texts are automatically granted to ADMIN-level IDs, as well as to those user IDs for which the right to the "List Editor" function has been defined in the User rights section.
Adding pre-recorded texts
Under the list group, select the item where you want to save the pre-recorded text
Grouped under parent levels (Procurement notice, Decision, Auction or Other) based on the header information of the text fields
Select the desired header information
Select "add new" from the + button, and the pre-saved text editing window will open

Under the list group, select the item for which you want to modify or delete the pre-saved text

Using and adding pre-saves texts from the flight
The texts defined in the pre-saved texts become selectable. to the drop-down menu of the text field's pre-saved texts. Several pre-saved texts can be attached to one text field.
Usage tip: All contest users can save pre-recorded texts while filling out the form. The new pre-recording text can be saved by selecting "turn on text recording", entering the text in the text field and selecting "save".
Selected texts can be edited in the text field, in which case the edits only apply to the document. Permanent changes are made in the "List editor". All pre-saved texts are available to all procurement personnel in the organization.
