"Mercell TendSign has an established integration surface for the transfer of contract information for Business Intelligence. This routine is used over the WebService interface with an encrypted connection. What is included in the set is technical security set in our security systems and parameter info for addressing the service. In connection with this, Mercell Commerce also answers questions about the API itself.
If, on the other hand, you want more regular consultation on how to set up the integration more strategically or other practical consultation, then this is the subject of regular consultation hours. 

Maintenance/service cost: The service is financed by customers using and contributing an ongoing service cost. The service cost includes ongoing maintenance / security checks / changes to the calling IP etc. during the course of the agreement. T

he customer can call an integration point (Agreement export) which is a WebService that can be called continuously to retrieve which agreements have changed since the last run. There is a general one that retrieves currently published agreements and one for BI that also retrieves unpublished agreements."

Mercell Source-to-Contract offers two options for transferring contract information. First we offer a reporting functionality that allows our users to create reports on all contract data fields. Reports can be scheduled to be send on a specific frequency to either a specific e-mail address or SFTP server (often used to send info to BI tools). Next to the reporting functionality Mercell Source-to-Contract offers a API framework. The API framework is capable of transferring both standard as well as custom fields of a contract to external systems (such as BI tools). In general the BI tool will be notified by the Mercell platform if a contract has been changed (through a webhook on a change of a contract field). Please see the attached PDF document where we describe our API framework.
