On this page we describe the (current) options to monetize the S2C platform per module (excluding Tender Management). The Dutch pricing strategy is set as an example.

Intake Management

Activating the module enables the customer to assign users to two types of user rights:

1. Intake Management Admin

2. Intake Management Executive users

1. Intake Management Admin

This role is required to create and maintain intake forms for your organization. This role is therefore often assigned to one or two of the main administrators of the organization.

1. Intake Management Executive users

This role is required to make use of the Intake Management dashboard which can be used to view, evaluate and archive submitted intake forms. This role is therefore often assigned to buyers.

Monetization
Once activated the customer can make use of the complete module. There are also no licenses linked to the user rights. The administrator of the organization is therefore able to add unlimited number of users to both user rights. Submitting forms can be done without a user account.

In the Netherlands this module is therefore sold as a fixed fee. The fixed fee is based on the size of the organization. The fixed fee is sold as a Small, Medium and Large package:

Contract Management

3. Contract Management Standard user
