SOURCING CORE

We have three buyer roles available.

  1. Buyer Basic

  2. Buyer Advanced

  3. Buyer Division Manager

Roles only have the functionality described below if there is an active subscription to the organisation.

Buyer basic

This role allows a user to:

  • Create tenders

  • Invite suppliers

  • Publish tenders

  • Publish questions

  • Publish announcements

  • Access to Completed Tenders Archive

  • DL all files on a tender as a zip

  • Use description template

Buyer Advanced

This role allows a user to:

  • Create tenders

  • Invite suppliers

  • Publish tenders

  • Publish questions

  • Publish announcements

  • Access to Completed Tenders Archive

  • DL all files on a tender as a zip

  • Use description template

  • Create/edit/delete tender descriptions

Buyer Division Manager

  • Create tenders

  • Publish tenders

  • Publish questions

  • Publish announcements
