All your past bids can be found in the Past Bids tab on the My Opportunities dashboard. These bids are considered as ‘past’ when they fall into one of the following categories, known as bid statuses;
Unawarded - Supplier has placed a bid but the bid wasn't selected by the Buyer.
Awarded - Supplier has placed a bid and that bid was awarded by the Buyer.
Disqualified - Supplier has placed a bid but the bid was disqualified by the Buyer.
No Bids - Supplier did not place any bids.
Note: The bid status refers only to the supplier you are logged in as, it does not reflect or include if a bid has been awarded to any other supplier.
The bid status for the past bid is shown within each business opportunity card.
The status filter and sorting features are available to quickly find the past opportunity you are looking for.
Filter your Past Bids
Click the drop-down option for Bid status
Select one or more of the four options;
Outcome: Results will only show past bids that fall within that bid status.
Sort your Active Bids
Click the drop-down option that is defaulted to Deadline (latest)
Select Deadline (earliest) to show the past bids that have the longest time since their deadline first.
OrSelect Deadline (latest) to show the past bids that have the shortest time since their deadline first.
