Access Question Management from the settings menu or the envelope-icon in the top bar. In this section, you can view and respond to questions submitted by suppliers regarding your requests.
Unanswered questions - lists questions that are unanswered
Answered questions - lists questions that have been answered
Answering questions
Select the question you want to process.
You will be redirected to the "Questions" page.
Type the answer in the field
If you select "the answer can only be seen by the person asking" then the answer to the question goes only to the person asking the question.
If no choice is made, the answer will go to all bidders who read the answer.
