Text to be written in the free text fields of requests can be added to the fields via the phrase library. Sentences and texts can also be saved when creating a request. With the Phrase Library function in the Settings menu, the administrator can edit texts created by requests.
The texts are listed in sections according to the type of request. Under each request type, there are field-specific folders where text options can be found.
Select the correct folder
Add new text with the "Add new" button
From the Functions button, you can edit already existing texts or delete a pre-saved text
