To register an account in Mercell account you need to enter a corporate ID for your organization.
Mercell TendSign doesn’t currently support letters in the corporate ID. The workaround is to remove the letters and only type in the numbers.
What is the corporate ID?
The corporate ID is the official ID of your company that’s registered with your government, for example a VAT number.
