Main responsible person
The request or auction must always have at least one person in charge
The user can be selected from the drop-down menu, the user must have a username for Cloudia Sourcing
Deputy responsible person
Alternate responsible persons are not mandatory, but they have the same rights as the main responsible person.
Visibility
The function has the option to hide the request from other users in the system

The function has the option to grant read permissions

Note! Only the person making the request and any alternate responsible person have the right to edit, unless editing rights are separately granted to another user.
