In the Responsible persons and rights section, you can define the rights during the entire life cycle of the request and who has the opportunity to see the request in the system.

Main responsible person

• The request or auction must always have at least one person in charge 

• The user can be selected from the drop-down menu, the user must have a username for Cloudia Sourcing

Deputy responsible person

• Alternate responsible persons are not mandatory, but they have the same rights as the main responsible person. 

Visibility

• The function has the option to hide the request from other users in the system

Read permission

• The function has the option to grant read permissions

• For all users

• Only for responsible persons

• For responsible persons and other users

Editing rights

• For all users

• Only for responsible persons

• Responsible persons and the following users

Note! Only the person making the request and any alternate responsible person have the right to edit, unless editing rights are separately granted to another user.
