Tender verwijst naar een ingediende offerte of aanbieding, en de
Deelnemende partij gaat over de inschrijver die alleen, of gezamenlijk, een inschrijving heeft ingediend.

Let op: Om deze actie uit te voeren, moet je eerst naar het tab Resultaten gaan, een selectie maken in het veld 'BT-142' en kiezen voor ‘Er is ten minste één winnaar gekozen.’ of ‘De winnaar is nog niet gekozen, maar de concurrentie is nog steeds gaande.’ Om een inschrijving aan een inschrijvende partij te koppelen, is het essentieel dat je al een inschrijver hebt toegevoegd onder het tabblad Deelnemende partijen. |
Offerte koppelen aan inschrijvende partijen:
Terwijl in het Resultatenformulier:
Klik op Aanbestedingen in het menu aan de linkerkant.
Klik op +Voeg tender toe.
Selecteer een inschrijvende partij uit de dropdown op het veld Deelnemende partij identificatie referentie (OPT-310), als er geen opties worden weergegeven in de dropdown moet je eerst een deelnemende partij toevoegen.
De ingevulde informatie wordt automatisch opgeslagen. Je zou de toegevoegde Tender moeten kunnen zien in de lijst op het tabblad Aanbestedingenthis support article, you will find the steps to manually link a bid to participating parties.
Tender refers to a submitted bid or proposal, and Participating Party refers to the bidder who has submitted a bid, individually or jointly.

Linking a bid to participating parties:
While in the Results form:
Click on Tenders in the left menu.
Click on + Add tender.
Select a participating party from the dropdown in the field Participant identification reference (OPT-310). If no options are displayed in the dropdown, you need to add a participating party first.
The entered information will be automatically saved. You should be able to see the added Tender in the list on the Tenders tab.
