If you wish to change your update the email address on of your account then , this can be done by contacting support.

Note

Note: This process can take a bit of time and we will let you know as soon as we have made the change to your account.

  • Click on “How may we help you?“ and then you will be able to create a ticket

  • Add your previous email address and also state your new email address in the ticket

  • Click on Send

Support will respond to you by email to provide a case numberfollowing this guide.

  1. On app.mercell.com click your user name top right corner and select the “My profile”.

  2. On the General info tab, select “Change email”.

  3. Insert your new email address.

  4. You get a confirmation that the email was sent also displaying your new email. There is an option to resend the code if you have not received an email for you to confirm this change. This is expected to be delivered within a maximum of a minute.

  5. Click the “Link to verify email”.

  6. Enter your password and click “Save”.

  7. The change is complete. You can log in using your new email.

    Note that the “Organisation administrator” can also change the email addresses of all the organisation's users through user management.
