Text to be written in the free text fields of requests can be added to the fields via the phrase library. Sentences and texts can also be saved when creating a request. With the Phrase Library function in the Settings menu, the administrator can edit texts created by requests. 

 

The texts are listed in sections according to the type of request. Under each request type, there are field-specific folders where text options can be found.

The Clause Library allows administrators to create, edit, and manage reusable text templates for various processes, including requests, contract awards, and more. These pre-saved texts can be easily inserted into free-text fields when creating new requests or contracts, helping to streamline workflows and ensure consistency. Administrators can access and modify these templates through the Clause Library feature, located in the Settings menu, to keep them up-to-date and relevant for all users.

  • Select the appropriate section to view the available text options for that specific request field.

  • To add new text, click the "Add New" button.

  • Use the "Hamburger Menu"-button on the right hand side to either edit an existing text or delete a pre-saved text
