viewingview supplier questions &
providingprovide answers:
Click the questions and announcements card to go in to into the questions and announcements module
Click Select the ‘Actions’ button for next to the given question you want wish to answer.
Write the answer to the question answer text box in the modal and saveYou will be presented with a pop-up window where you can enter a response in the ‘Answer’ text box and save your changes. It is also possible to edit the question, especially in case a supplier has compromised inadvertently revealed their identity when posing . Reformulating the question , and reformulate it to helps ensure the supplier isn’t put at a 's anonymity and protects them from any potential disadvantage in the given tender process.
Go to the ‘Ready’ tab to view the question with your provided answer.
Click the ‘Actions’ button for the question + and answer and select ‘Publish’ in from the ‘Actions’ drop-down menu.
Outcome: The question and answer is now published and can be viewed by click clicking the ‘Published’ tab.
