Publicatie afgekeurd door TED
Indien u een mail van TED ontvangt dat de publicatie is afgekeurd zal om dit te kunnen herstellen de publicatie eerst verwijderd moeten worden van Tenderned.
Hierbij is een tussenkomst van de Mercell servicedesk om een verzoek voor verwijdering te versturen naar Tenderned. Bel ons of stuur een e-mail om contact op te nemen voor de juiste benodigde informatie.

Please note: TED applies stricter rules when checking publications. An example of this is the chosen language in a Dutch-language form with content filled in English. Despite rejection from TED, Tenderned usually publishes on their platform after 48 hours. |
Publication rejected by TED
If you receive an email from TED stating that the publication has been rejected, to rectify this, the publication must first be removed from Tenderned.
This requires intervention from the Mercell service desk to send a removal request to Tenderned. Please call us or send an email to get in touch for the necessary information.
In the meantime, you can export the incorrect publication from the tender, and after confirmation from Tenderned, delete the form and create a new one.
