Some clients want to be able to add specific fields to their tender, to be able to report on this data. In Negometrix3 this is possible, so this is considered a gap which we’re now closing.
Please note that this first version will not contain the report part yet: that will come later this year (due to other priorities). Clients can already start creating fields and filling them out: once the report part is implemented, this data will be available to report on.
What
Users with the permission to “Manage custom fields“ will be able to add fields in the Organization profile. Every tender that is created from then onwards, will contain the created fields in this section.
...
When deactivating a field, :
It’s moved to the Inactive section. Here you can see how deactived who deactivated it, and when.
Inactive fields will no longer appear in newly created tenders, but are still available in existing tenders.
The data that’s filled out, will also still be available in reports (when this is implemented).
An admin can permanently delete fields: by doing this, the fields will no longer be available in reports. However, this delete action will not affect any tenders where this field was added (so it remains there).
