This guide will advise you on how to deactivate or activate notifications when you are already approved on dynamic purchasing system or framework agreement.
Note |
---|
Suppliers will receive invitations for newly created specific purchases regardless of whether this setting is turned on or off. This setting means that you can manually go in and register for specific purchases/mini tenders that you are interested in, thereby reducing the amount of notifications from Ethics and a better overview of your subscriptions. |
Instructions: To activate or deactivate notifications
Under the Tenders tab, click on "Show tender" on the relevant dynamic purchasing system or framework agreement for which you want to turn off notifications.
Under the Status tab on the subscription, remove the tick from "Mark the field to get warnings regarding sub procedures and specific purchases”.
Outcome: When you have removed the tick from "Mark the field to get warnings regarding sub procedures and specific purchases", you will no longer receive notifications for all ongoing specific purchases and mini tenders, but only for those you have manually subscribed to. Likewise, you will not be automatically subscribed to the newly created specific purchases and mini tenders.
When this setting is turned on, you will automatically be subscribed to and receive notifications for all ongoing newly created specific purchases and mini tenders.
