The process of creating questionnaires/criteria in a tender has been re-designed in order to be more straightforward and easier to use. The focus of the re-design lies in an updated user interface that highlights the quick creation and editing of criterion without having to go to multiple different pages each time.
To create questions in CTM, click on the blue link to the left of “Manage Questionnaire”:

To add questions from a master Template click on “Add from Template” at the top of the page:
Click on the downward arrow next to “Select template”:

Please see the below example which the different questions/criteria have been copied and pasted from the above table into the criterion creation field below and a separator (in this example the number #) which has been added between each one.
After all criteria have been added they can be edited by clicking on a criterion in the overview list and all relevant options to configure the criterion will be displayed on the same page. By default, all criteria that are added directly on the Advanced Criteria Module page and not through templates or importing are added as Single choice type questions with Yes/No answer alternatives.
