I changed my password but still cannot log in

Solution

The first thing you should check is whether you are using the correct username to log in.

  1. Open the same password reset email you already received

  2. Read through the email to find your username written above the reset link

  3. Copy the username from the reset email’s text and log in using the correct username with the new password you already created.

If you have more than one account connected to your email address then you have different usernames for each of your accounts. Make sure to use the username written below the correct account’s name to be able to log in.
