This guide will help you navigate and manage your company’s subscription licenses through the platform, ensuring that the appropriate users have access to the right features and functionalities.
Note: This article assumes that your company has an active subscription package. Ensure you are logged in as the Organisation Administrator to manage licenses. |
Go to ‘Settings’ on the left sidebar menu.
Click on ‘Organisation management’.
Click on the three dots icon next to your company name and select Edit from the dropdown menu.
Go to the ‘Subscriptions and billing’ tab at the top of the page.
Click on the three dots next to the license you wish to manage.
Choose ‘Manage licenses’ from the menu.
A new pop-up window will appear, showing:
Which users are currently assigned to the available licenses.
The option to assign or remove licenses to/from the available users.
After making your changes, click on ‘Done’ to save the updates and apply them to the subscription.
Go to ‘Settings’ on the left sidebar menu.
Click on ‘User management’.
Find the user you would like to amend and click on the three dots icon on the right.
Choose Edit from the dropdown menu.
Go to the ‘Licenses’ tab at the top of the page.
Click on the slide button to turn the available license(s) On or Off.
Changes are saved automatically.
