On the ‘Attachments and links’ tab, it is possible to add attachments to the request. All attachments are visible to tenderers in the request. 

Adding an attachment

• The attachment file is added with the "Add new attachment" button. 

  • You can drag files into the window that opens, or you can click the window that opens which will open your computer's folder view, from which you can select the desired files

  • You can also select a file saved in the company's documents from another tab

  • Change the order of the attachments with the arrow symbols

  • The added file can be deleted by clicking the file icon

  • The attachment is saved with the "Save attachment" button

  • If required, it is possible to add several attachments

• "Select saved file"

  • If you have saved attachments in the Documents section of the request, you can attach these attachments to the request from the drop-down menu

NOTE! The maximum size of an attachment is 100 megabytes.

Adding a link

• A link can be added by clicking the "Add new link" button

  • The link must be entered in the field that opens

    • If necessary, the added link can be removed by clicking the cross icon

• If required, it is possible to add several links
