U kunt een goedkeuring toepassen op het Gunningsadvies. Indien deze is ingesteld in de BPM kunt u deze goedkeuring toevoegen via Planning en Goedkeuring in de tender.
U keurt het Gunningsadvies goed vóórdat u de brieven verstuurd.
Ga in de tender in het linker overzicht naar Planning en Goedkeuring
Klik op Voeg toe en selecteer Goedkeuring Gunningsadvies
Selecteer één of meerdere collega's die mogen goedkeuren
Voeg de goedkeuring op het Gunningsadvies toe, er verschijnen twee taken in de Planning:
Markeer Gunningsadvies als gereed voor goedkeuring
Goedkeuring voltooien van Gunningsadvies
De goedkeurders kunnen op drie manieren de goedkeuring uitvoeren
Via Planning het Gunningsadvies als Gereed markeren middels aanvinken van het selectievakje
Via Gunning bij tabje Gunningsadvies
Via jouw Taken op de Tenders overzicht pagina
Approval on Award Advice
You can apply an approval to the Award Advice. If this is set up in the BPM (refer to your account manager for assistance), you can add this approval through the Schedule and Approval in the solicitation.
You approve the Award Advice before you send the letters.
In the solicitation, go to the Schedule and Approval in the left-hand overview.
Click on Add and select Approve Award Advice
Select one or more colleagues who are allowed to approve
Add the approval of the award advice, two tasks will appear in the Schedule:
Mark Award Advice as ready for approval
Complete the approval of the award advice
The approvers can complete the approval in three ways
Via Schedule, mark the Award Advice as Ready by selecting the check box
Via Award, under the tab Award Advice
