Working with the Source-to-Contract platform in some cases requires access to specific user rights. On this page we will explain the different roles for which you need specific access and how to acquire them.

User rights and roles

In order to maintain the Source-to-Contract platform for your country we have created 4 user roles. In general all roles must be assigned to at least one colleague in order to successfully maintain the platform.

BPM management

  • Add BPM

  • View BPM

Maximum 2 users per country

Translators

  • Add translations

  • View translations

How to request the user rights

  1. Requesting access to user rights on a super admin level must be done by the responsible manager

  2. The manager can send an email to the responsible asset owner (Former user (Deleted)) to request access to the following user roles:

a.       Commercial employees (License management)

b.       Customer support (access to support)

c.       BPM Management (new and existing BPMs on Mercell level)

d.       Translators

Please explain why these colleagues need access to the above user rights.

3. The asset owner will evaluate the request and act accordingly
