How to share a Monitoring Profile with colleagues

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to share a monitoring profile with your colleagues so they can access, view or manage the monitoring settings and receive relevant notifications.

Note: This article assumes you already have a subscription package that includes the option to create a Monitoring profile and you have already created at least one profile on your account.

To share a Monitoring Profile:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Click on your name in the top-right corner and select ‘Monitoring profiles’ from the dropdown menu.

  • In the Monitoring profiles section, find the profile you want to share.

  • Click the Edit button next to the profile name to open the profile settings.

  • At the top of the profile settings, click on the Edit icon (person holding a pen).

  • A pop-up window will appear for Profile sharing options.

  • In the pop-up window, you can use the Search bar to find the colleague(s) you want to share the profile with, type in their name or email address.

  • Once you’ve found the colleague, click on Add to grant them access to the monitoring profile.

  • After you have added the colleague(s) to the profile, click Save to apply the changes.

  • In the Profile sharing section, you can also transfer ownership of the profile to another user or remove the existing users if they no longer need access.

  • Click Save to finalize the ownership transfer.

This guide ensures you can easily share or transfer ownership of monitoring profiles, keeping your team up-to-date and coordinated.
