The main user of the system has the opportunity to manage the criteria groups created in the system via the criteria library. Users can save groups of criteria in the suitability requirements  or  criteria for the procurement object sections of the extensive RFx  . See the instructions for saving the criteria group here:  Criteria library > Importing the criteria group to the criteria library

 

In the Criteria library section, the administrator can create new groups and modify or delete existing groups. 

 

Create a new criteria group

 

  1. Click "Create a new criteria group"

  2. Enter a name for the group

  3. Select whether it is a criteria group of procurement items or a group of suitability requirements

    • Save

  4. Enter the desired criteria by writing the text of the criterion in the "add new criterion" field and selecting the type for the criterion

    • Create the required number of criteria

  5. Save

IMAGE: First give the criteria group a name, after which criteria can be added. When the desired criteria have been set, select save

 

Edit an existing group

  • Select the desired criteria group by searching or browsing

  • Click to open the group

  • Edit the criteria as desired

  • Save
