Follow the steps below to obtain an achievement or score/measurement value for a KPI:
Open the supplier for which you wish to record a performance.
Click on the 'KPI' menu.
Place your cursor on the KPI for which you wish to record a performance.
Click on the 'New KPI score' button.
Enter a rating, a date and optionally a comment.
Click 'Add'.
