To monitor specific opportunities, you can bookmark them to be saved on the “My Opportunities” dashboard. This provides you with quick access to return to the opportunity in the futureWe offer the ability to communicate and collaborate with other users from your organisation directly within the Mercell platform by allowing commenting on business opportunities. This provides a central and private space to discuss opportunities or just make notes for yourself. The buyer does not see these comments but anyone in your organisation does, including parent and child organisations that you are part of.
The number of comments on the opportunity will be highlighted next to the icon.
When new comments are added, or deleted, to a business opportunity that you are watching you will receive notifications on email and within the platform so you can collaborate and keep up to date.

Save a business opportunity by the click of a buttonCommenting is simple:
Navigate to the desired business opportunity card within Explore or your monitoring inbox
Select the bookmark speech bubble icon to save the opportunity

By default, selecting the Save icon also selects the “Start Watching” feature. You may unselect the Start Watching icon manually if necessary. By doing this, you will stop receiving any email notifications related to the opportunity. |
The business opportunity will then be saved immediately in My Opportunities. Accessed via the Home icon and within the tab for Saved.

Once you add a comment to an opportunity, you will, by default, automatically start to receive email notifications related to it. You can of course turn this off by de-selecting the “Start watching” icon at the top right hand side of the opportunity page. |
Click into the comments to open the comment drawer. Here you will see all comments from oldest to the latest comments. Any comments that you have not yet read will be highlighted and marked as new.
You can edit or delete a comment by clicking the three dot icon. If you edit a comment, it will be marked as “edited”. Note that the time stamp will only show the time of creation of the comment and not the edit time.
