You can switch to question management

Access Question Management from the settings menu or from the envelope image -icon in the top bar. In the this section, you can view which requests have questions asked by bidders. and respond to questions submitted by suppliers regarding your requests.

• Unanswered questions - list requests with unanswered questionslists questions that are unanswered

• Answered questions - list requests lists questions that have been answered questions

Answering questions

• Select the request whose questions question you want to processThe system moves .

• You will be redirected to the "Questions" page for that request.

• Type the answer in the

  "answer" box

  field

  • If you select "the answer can only be seen by the person asking" then the answer to the question goes only to the person asking the question.

  • If no choice is made, the answer will go to all bidders who read the

    announcement
