In the Responsible persons

In the Persons in charge and rights section, you can define the rights during the entire life cycle of the request and who has the opportunity to see the request in the system.

Main responsible person in charge

• The request or auction must always have at least one person in charge 

• The user can be selected from the drop-down menu, the user must have a username for Cloudia Mercell Sourcing

Deputy responsible person in charge

• Alternate responsible persons are not mandatory, but they have the same rights as the main responsible person in charge. 

Visibility

• The function has the option to hide the request from other users in the system, who do not have permissions to it
