If you are wondering what happens when you set your profile to “Not active” ‘Not active’ then that will deactivate your alerts which means that you will no longer receive any alerts and/or emails from your monitoring profiles. If you wish to activate your alerts again then you can find this button with the following steps:

Note: By deactivating your profile you might miss opportunities. Be aware that this does not stop the invoice for the product, this will only stop the emails.

Active / Not active profile

  1. Click your name in the top right corner of the page

  2. Select ‘My profile’ from the drop-down menu

  3. Click ‘Active’ or ‘Not Active’

Once your profile is set to ‘Not active’ all alerts to your email address will stop and to reverse this you need to make sure that your profile is set to 'Active'.
