When you have filled out ESPD, uploaded relevant files or what is required for the tender in question, you will have the option of signing and concluding your bid. On the tab where you have uploaded files, the tab will most often have the name “Tender submission”, then you have the button “Sign and conclude “.

Now After pressing “Sign and conclude”, you will be presented with an overview of the files included in your bid. Once you are ready to submit, simply press “Send me a code”. You will now receive a code via e-mail. Please fill it into the field next to, then to finalize your submition press “Sign”.

Once you have signed your bid, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. You will also now have the option to “Show concluded tender” as display displayed in the first image.
