This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to share a monitoring profile with your colleagues so they can access, view, or manage the monitoring settings and receive relevant notifications.

Note: This article assumes you already have a subscription package that includes the option to create a Monitoring profile and you have already created at least one profile on your account. |
To share a Monitoring Profile:
Log in to your account.
Click on your name in the top-right corner and select ‘Monitoring profiles’ from the dropdown menu.
In the Monitoring profiles section, find the profile you want to share.
Click the Edit button next to the profile name to open the profile settings.
At the top of the profile settings, click on the Edit icon (person holding a pen).
A pop-up window will appear for Profile sharing options.
In the pop-up window, you can use the Search bar to find the colleague(s) you want to share the profile with, type in their name or email address.
Once you’ve found the colleague, click on Add to grant them access to the monitoring profile.
After you have added the colleague(s) to the profile, click Save to apply the changes.
In the Profile sharing section, you can also transfer ownership of the profile to another user or remove the existing users if they no longer need access.
Click Save to finalize the ownership transfer.
