All opportunities that you have been invited to bid on are listed in the Invitations tab on your My Opportunities dashboard. Those that have not been responded to will show a status Invitation: Pending.
You will receive an email notification, an alert in the notifications and the invitations tab will be highlighted as soon as you are sent an invitation.
You can choose to either accept or reject the invitation, see how.
Once an invitation has been accepted, the opportunity automatically moves to the active bids tab.

Note: If you reject or ignore an invitation until the deadline has passed, the opportunity will be removed from the My Opportunities dashboard entirely. |
How to Accept or Reject an invitation
Click on the business opportunity in the list view of your Invitations tab. If you are accessing the opportunity via your email invite click View Tender
Click Reject or Accept under the heading Invitation to participate in tender
Once an invitation has been accepted, the opportunity automatically moves to the active bids tab. If the invitation has been rejected it will be removed from your Invitations tabAlle muligheter du har blitt invitert til å by på, er listet i Invitasjoner-fanen på Min oversikt-dashbordet. De som ikke har blitt besvart, vil vise statusen Invitasjon: Avventer.
Du vil motta en e-postvarsling, en alert i varselsområdet, og Invitasjoner-fanen vil bli uthevet så snart du mottar en invitasjon.
Du kan velge å enten akseptere eller avslå invitasjonen.
Når en invitasjon er akseptert, flyttes muligheten automatisk til fanen Aktive bud.

Hvordan akseptere eller avslå en invitasjon
Klikk på forretningsmuligheten i listevisningen i Invitasjoner-fanen. Hvis du får tilgang til muligheten via e-postinvitasjonen, klikker du på Se anbud.
Klikk på Avslå eller Aksepter under overskriften Invitasjon til å delta i anbud.
Når en invitasjon er akseptert, flyttes muligheten automatisk til fanen Aktive tilbud. Hvis invitasjonen er avslått, vil den bli fjernet fra Invitasjoner-fanen.
