The My Opportunities dashboard provides you with a single view where you can review, take action and track the progress of various business opportunities.
This is not limited to just the opportunities that you have Savedas having potential to participate in, but it also includes invitations from buyers to bid.In addition My Opportunities keeps a record of your active bids and past bids which you have submitted.
My Opportunities is by default your home page and can be accessed anytime using the Home icon on the left side menu.
Navigation Options
The navigation options on My Opportunities are Saved, Invitations, Active Bids and Past Bids. Here you can find descriptions for each:
Saved If you have saved an opportunity from either the Explore or Monitoring Inbox functions, it will appear on this main dashboard. The Saved Opportunities essentially shows you all opportunity cards that you have bookmarked and saved. You can easily find an opportunity that you want to monitor and track by sorting the opportunities and scrolling through to select the one you want.

Note: Any opportunity that is Saved will also automatically turn on Start watching. You will then receive email notifications as updates are made to the opportunity. Read more. You can stop watching the opportunity from the watch list by deselecting the eye icon.  |
Invitations All opportunities that you have been invited to bid on are listed here. You will receive an email notification, an alert in the notifications and the invitations tab will be highlighted as soon as you are sent an invitation. You can choose to either accept or reject the invitation. Read more.
Active bids All your ongoing bids can be found here shown clearly with a status and deadline date. The status filter and sorting features are available to quickly find the opportunity you are looking for. Read more.
Past bids All your past bids can be found here. These bids are considered as ‘past’ when they fall into one of the following categories; Unawarded, Awarded or Disqualified. The status filter and sorting features are available to quickly find the past opportunity you are looking for"Min oversikt"-dashbordet gir deg en samlet visning hvor du kan gjennomgå, ta tiltak og følge fremdriften av ulike forretningsmuligheter.
Dette er ikke begrenset til kun de mulighetene du har lagret som potensielle for å delta i, men inkluderer også invitasjoner fra kjøpere til å by.
I tillegg holder "Min oversikt" en oversikt over dine aktive bud og tidligere bud som du har sendt inn.
"Min oversikt" er som standard din hjemmeside og kan når som helst nås ved å bruke Hjem-ikonet i menyen på venstre side.
Navigasjonsalternativer
Navigasjonsalternativene på "Min oversikt" er Lagret, Invitasjoner, Aktive bud og Tidligere bud. Her finner du beskrivelser for hver av dem:
Lagret
Hvis du har lagret en mulighet fra enten Utforsk- eller Overvåkingsinnboksen, vil den vises på dette hoveddashbordet. De Lagrede Mulighetene viser i hovedsak alle mulighetskortene som du har bokmerket og lagret. Du kan enkelt finne en mulighet du ønsker å overvåke og følge ved å sortere mulighetene og bla gjennom for å velge den du vil.

Merk: Alle muligheter som er lagret, vil også automatisk aktivere "Start å overvåke". Du vil da motta e-postvarsler når det gjøres oppdateringer på muligheten. Les mer. Du kan slutte å overvåke muligheten fra overvåkningslisten ved å fjerne markeringen på øyeikonet. |
Invitasjoner
Alle muligheter du har blitt invitert til å by på, er listet her. Du vil motta en e-postvarsling, en alert i varselsområdet, og invitasjon-fanen vil bli uthevet så snart du mottar en invitasjon. Du kan velge å enten akseptere eller avslå invitasjonen.. Read more.
Aktive bud
Alle dine pågående tilbud kan finnes her, tydelig vist med status og fristdato. Statusfilteret og sorteringsfunksjonene er tilgjengelige for å raskt finne muligheten du leter etter. Read more.
Historiske bud
Alle dine historiske tilbud kan finnes her. Disse tilbudene regnes som "historiske" når de faller inn under en av de følgende kategoriene: Ikke tildelt, Tildelt eller Diskvalifisert. Statusfilteret og sorteringsfunksjonene er tilgjengelige for å raskt finne den historiske muligheten du leter etter.Read more.
