Business opportunities can be shared with colleagues, either within your organisation in Mercell Bidding, or externally. Using the Share icon on the business opportunity itself makes it quick and easy for others to have access to relevant opportunities .You can share with multiple users. If the user does not already have an account on Mercell Bidding, they will be required to sign up for an account before being able to see the opportunity. Note, that if the user does not have a subscription that includes viewing opportunities, they will see a restricted view of the Opportunity Page that shows a descriptionthat you have identified. Do not forget it is also possible to share with multiple people at once.

Save Share a business opportunity by the click of a buttonquick and easily:
Navigate to the desired business opportunity card within Explore or your monitoring inbox
Select the bookmark Share icon to save the opportunity

By default, selecting the Save icon also selects the “Start Watching” feature. You may unselect the Start Watching icon manually if necessary. By doing this, you will stop receiving any email notifications related to the opportunity. |
The business opportunity will then be saved immediately in My Opportunities. Accessed via the Home icon and within the tab for Saved.

Add Mercell users by name or email addresses and press Enter on your keyboard to add them to the recipient list. There is an option to add a message if you wish. Click Share.

The recipient will receive an email to access the opportunity, they should click on View opportunity.
