Please note, all of the below is currently hidden on Live (we will make it visible some time before the eForms launch).
In Tender management / Templates section, a new option is added 'Publication forms'.
In this menu, there are 3 sections with fields that can be filled by an admin.
The values filled out here, will be prefilled in all notices where this field is present.
Only a few fields are created now: this list can be expanded to contain more fields to prefill.
In MeForms, the organization will then look like this:
